How to use Rate My Curb Appeal
- Stand where a visitor first sees the house, usually across the street or at the end of the driveway, in daylight. Get the whole front in: the roofline, the door, the path and the planting.
- Add a note if it matters: selling next spring, an HOA, a small budget, a rental you cannot paint.
- Read the rating. The fixes are listed cheapest first, so the first one is usually a weekend job.

The rating is written by an AI model reading your photo, with rules we set: only what it can see, no brands or prices, nothing about any person in the photo, and it never repeats a house number, a street name or a license plate. It is a second opinion, not a design plan.
