The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Tools Credits and AI Pictures
Our tools are free. A few of them also offer AI extras, such as a written answer from AI or an AI picture of your room. These extras use AI credits.
- What a credit buys. One credit is one written AI answer. An AI picture is 2 or 3 credits: a room makeover in AI Room Design is 2. The button tells you the number before you use it.
- How you get credits. You buy them in packs, or they come with Tools Pro. The price is shown before you pay, and payment is handled by Stripe. Your first room makeover in AI Room Design is free, one per visitor, while that day’s free makeovers last.
- Tools Pro. Tools Pro (lifetime) is paid once and never renews. Tools Pro Monthly and Tools Pro Yearly renew each month or year, at the price shown before you pay, until you cancel. To cancel, send us this cancel e-mail from the address you paid with. It stops the next renewal, and Pro stays until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Your credits are yours to keep. They do not expire, and they stay when a Tools Pro plan ends. They work on Dreamy Home Style’s tools. They are kept in your browser; on a new device, the restore link we e-mail to the address you paid with brings them back.
- A picture or answer that fails costs nothing. If it does not come, its credits go back to you at once. A picture that comes but is not what you hoped for uses its credits.
- Refunds. Within 14 days of buying a credit pack, if you have used none of its credits, write to us and we will refund it in full. If you were charged for something you did not get, write to us and we will put it right. If you live in the EU or the UK, you may cancel any purchase within 14 days of buying, and we will refund it in full.
AI pictures are made by AI. They can be wrong or odd: furniture that could not fit, a window moved, colours that look different in real life. They are for ideas only, never a plan, a measurement or a quote. We claim no rights in your picture, and the AI service may make similar pictures for others. Do not use a picture to show a home for sale or for rent as it really is. If you share it, say it is an AI picture.
Your photo. Upload only a photo of a room that is yours or that you have permission to use, with no people and no children in it. Put away letters, papers and anything with a name or an address. We send the photo to our AI service only to make your picture, and we do not keep your photo or your picture. Our AI service handles the photo under its own terms; our Privacy Policy says who it is and what it keeps. If the AI service refuses a photo, its credits come back; after two refusals in a day, that device can make no more pictures until the next day. We may pause AI pictures at any time; your credits stay yours.
For adults. You must be 18 or over to buy credits or make an AI picture.

Termination
DreamyHomeStyle.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any reason without notice.
Your Rights as a Consumer
If you use this site as a consumer, nothing in these Terms takes away a protection the law of the country where you live gives you.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
DreamyHomeStyle.com reserves the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Terms and Conditions on the Site. By accessing or using the Site after such changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
