My decor obsession started early.
As a kid, I redecorated my bedroom monthly until my mom (bless her patience) finally surrendered the entire house to my design whims.
But my real “aha” moment?
My first apartment. Walking into those bare white walls felt like being trapped in a sterile hospital room.
So I did what any reasonable person would do – went completely decoration-crazy!
I painted, hung curtains, tossed down some funky rugs, and even attempted homemade throw pillows (spoiler alert: unless you’re besties with your sewing machine, maybe skip that particular DIY).
The result?
That tiny apartment became my sanctuary – a colorful little oasis in an overwhelming city.
Since then, I’ve tumbled down the home decor rabbit hole.
I’ve spent embarrassing amounts of time on Pinterest, binged every HGTV show, experimented with countless styles, and made plenty of design mistakes so you don’t have to!
